The Journal will provide a new source of information for the range of practitioners dealing in all aspects of elder law and capacity in Northern Ireland to include issues affecting vulnerable adults, including those with learning disabilities or personal impairments. The Chair of the Editorial Panel for the Journal, Linda Johnson of Francis Hanna & Co Solicitors comments; “This is an exciting and insightful initiative by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
