Our Family Law Solicitor Emma Stratton has been accredited to the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order Panel.

The Children Order Panel is a specialist panel of Solicitors in Northern Ireland made up of Solicitors who are highly experienced in representing parties in children’s proceedings.   To be accredited on the Children Order Panel, Emma successfully undertook bespoke training and examination on the Children Order (NI) 1995 practice.

Throughout her career to date within our Family Law department, Emma has provided high quality legal advice and assistance in relation to all aspects of family law to include contact and residence proceedings as well as public law proceedings involving Social Services. Emma further provides specialist advice and assistance to victims of domestic abuse in obtaining legal protection via the Courts by way of Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders and injunctive proceedings.
