Karen has contributed to the sessions outlining the various rights and entitlements women can have on divorce and separation. Karen comments:- “I was delighted to to be asked by Sean Bruen of Kith & Kin Financial Wellbeing to be involved in the information webinars surround women and their finances, and specifically providing information on how the divorce process works here in Northern Ireland and a women’s rights and entitlements in respect of finances and assets under divorce law. Navigating the complexities of the divorce process can be daunting, and many women can find the process overwhelming. It was therefore great to have an opportunity to provide some information to dispel any myths surrounding who is entitled to what upon divorce and give any women contemplating the divorce process some confidence to take that first step.” If you require any advice or assistance regarding divorce or separation, please contact Karen Connolly on kconnolly@fhanna.co.uk or call 028 9024 3901.
