Our Wills & Future Planning Solicitor Chloe Emerson recently presented a talk at a National Free Wills Network charity event in Belfast. 

This event was organised by the National Free Wills Network for regional charitable organisations who were considering joining the Network.

Chloe's  presentation explored the importance of having an up-to-date Will in place drafted with the benefit of legal advice. Chloe explained how among other things, a solicitor will:

1. Draft the Will properly, making sure your wishes are expressed clearly and effectively
2. Make sure that your Will is properly executed to ensure it is validity
3. Discuss your personal circumstances and issues you may need to consider

The National Free Wills Network do important work in encouraging people to make up-to-date Wills drafted by professionals at no cost to the client.
